Which terms of cancellation do apply for my booking?

If you decide to book a stay at our resort the following policy applies:

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in summer 22 (May, June, September and October) we charge the following fees:    

until 14 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 13 to 8 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 7 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in summer 22 (July and August) we charge the following fees:    

until 21 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 14 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (except christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 30 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 7 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 42 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 41 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 14 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

Please note that reservations can only be cancelled in written.

In the event of an official border or hotel closure (travel ban), you can also cancel or rebook at short notice free of charge. Please note: A travel warning is not a travel ban. In the event of verifiable, mandatory quarantine, we will grant you a one-off rebooking free of charge until the end of the year. A rebooking is possible up to 1 week before arrival.

We recommend you to take a travel cancellation insurance with „Europäische Reiseversicherung“ which you can find here.

When can I check-in?

Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Please vacate your apartment on departure day by 10.00 am.

What are the costs for final cleaning of my apartment?

The cleaning fee is graded according to apartment size:

€ 95,00 for Apartment 1 Bedroom
€ 120,00 for Apartment 2 Bedrooms
€ 160,00 for Apartment 3 Bedrooms
€ 200,00 for Apartment 4 Bedrooms

Is it possible to have bed clothes and towels changed?

Of course! We gladly make your beds fresh and provide new towels and cozy bathrobes in your apartment.
For this service we charge the following fees:

Change of towels: € 8,00 per person/change
Change of bed clothes: € 15,00 per person/change
Change of bathrobes: € 12,00 per person/change

Is the apartment cleaned during my stay?

We gladly clean your apartment during your stay.

€ 160,00 for Apartment 3 Bedrooms
€ 200,00 for Apartment 4 Bedrooms

What about the deposit: How much is it and how can I pay?

As a confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 40 % of the total booking price is required. The payment can be made by credit card or by transfer to our bank account. We ask you to pay the remaining 60 % no later than 7 days before your arrival. If we have not received the payment 7 days before your arrival, we will send you a payment request. For bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival, the total sum is due upon booking. We accept your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club/Discover, Union Pay, JCB, Maestro und V Pay).

Are there any additional costs or taxes?

In our prices all taxes, except visitor’s tax, are included. The charge for final cleaning is charged additionally.

  • Summer: The visitor’s tax is € 3.50 per person born in 2005 or before per night

Is it possible to have an additional bed in the apartment?

We gladly arrange the sofa in your apartment as an additional bed.  Per person/night we charge € 35.
Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge. Please inform us about your needs.

Can I take my dog with me?

We also welcome your four-legged friend. But only upon informing us prior to arrival.
We charge a fee of € 20.00 per day for your dog.

One dog is allowed in the Apartment 1 or 2 Bedroom(s),
two dogs are allowed in the Apartment 3 or 4 Bedrooms.

Can I charge my electric car at the All-Suite Resort?

Yes, you can charge your electric vehicle at our free charging station.

Where can I park my car?

Our resort has free parking for our direct bookers.

Where in Oetz can I go to eat out?

In Oetz you find a great variety of restaurants offering Mediterranean delicacies as well as authentic Tyrolean specialities. Enjoy sweet and savoury dishes all day long.
Cafe Heiner, restaurant at the Posthotel Kassl, Achstüberl, Jays, Pizzeria Napoli, Seehäusl, Pizzeria Rustika, Blaue Goas and more are waiting with your favourite dishes.

Where can I go shopping?

Just a few metres from the All-Suite Resort you can find the Spar supermarket, offering all kinds of convenience goods . An M-Preis Shop can be found in the village centre. The Ötztal Bäck provides fresh bread and pastries and the confectionery Konditorei Heiner is waiting with self-made cakes and sweet temptations. Fresh organic products directly from the farm can be bought at the Griesserhof at the village entrance.

Also a pharmacy, sports and clothes shops and some more attractions can be found, strolling through the village. 

Is there a delivery service as well?

Pizza and pasta is delivered directly to your apartment door.
