Which terms of cancellation do apply for my booking?
The cancellation of your stay booked with flexible rates is possible free of charge within the specified periods:
05.03.2024 – 22.12.2024: up to 14 days before arrival
08.01.2025 - 07.02.2025: up to 14 days before arrival
23.02.2025 - 23.12.2025: up to 14 days before arrival
For bookings within the following periods, a cancellation within the specified deadlines will result in a retention of the deposit of 30 % of the booking price:
22.12.2024 – 07.01.2025: up to 60 days before arrival
08.02.2025 - 22.02.2025: up to 60 days before arrival
After the specified dates we charge 100 % of the total booking price for cancellation. Please note that reservations can only be cancelled in written form.

When can I check-in?
Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Please vacate your apartment on departure day by 10.00 am.

The saunas are available in a limited capacity during the low season.
Which is included in the service package?
With our service package you are provided with bed linen and towels upon arrival. Furthermore, basic equipment of cleaning materials, toilet paper and kitchen roll is provided in your apartment. You also receive a starter pack including coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Of course, the final cleaning of your apartment is also included in the package.

How are the terms of payment?
Non-refundable rate:
- Your stay includes accommodation at the best currently available rate.
- Free cancellation is not possible and 100 % of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- We recommend taking out a travel insurance at the time of booking.
Flexible rate:
- With the flexible rate a deposit of 30 % of the booking price is required.
- The rest of the booking price is due 14 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within the given cancellation period, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- You are welcome make your payment with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club/Discover, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Maestro and V Pay or by bank transfer.

Is it possible to have bed clothes and towels changed?
Of course! We gladly make your beds fresh and provide new towels and cozy bathrobes in your apartment.
For this service we charge the following fees:
Change of towels: € 8,00 per person/change
Change of bed clothes: € 15,00 per person/change
Change of bathrobes: € 12,00 per person/change
How much does the cleaning of my apartment during my holidays cost?
The costs for intermediate cleaning on request amount to:
€ 60,00 for Apartment 1 Bedroom
€ 75,00 for Apartment 2 Bedrooms
€ 90,00 for Apartment 3 Bedrooms
€ 100,00 for Apartment 4 Bedrooms
Are there any additional costs or taxes?
All taxes and fees are included in the apartment price, except the fee for final cleaning and tourism tax. Tourism tax is € 4,00 per person per night (from 15 years).
Is it possible to have an additional bed in the apartment?
We gladly arrange the sofa in your apartment as an additional bed. Per person/night we charge € 55. Cots are provided for a fee of € 50,00 and high chairs for a fee of € 30,00 per stay. Please inform us about your needs.
Can I take my dog with me?
We also welcome your four-legged friend. But it is required to inform us upon booking. We charge a fee of € 29.00 per day/dog exclusive pet food.
One dog is allowed in the Apartment 1 or 2 Bedroom(s),
two dogs are allowed in the Apartment 3 or 4 Bedrooms.
Can I charge my electric car at the All-Suite Resort?
Yes, you can charge your electric vehicle at one of our charging stations (for a fee). Please bring the charging cable for your e-car.
Where can I park my car?
Our resort has free parking for our direct bookers.
Where in Oetz can I go to eat out?
Directly at the All-Suite Resort you can visit the Delis Steakhouse. Here you will be treated with indulgent highlights from Tuesday to Sunday from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
In Oetz you find a great variety of restaurants offering Mediterranean delicacies as well as authentic Tyrolean specialities. Enjoy sweet and savoury dishes all day long. Cafe Heiner, restaurant at the Posthotel Kassl, Achstüberl, Pizzeria Napoli, Seehäusl, Pizzeria Rustika, Blaue Goas and more are waiting with your favourite dishes.
Where can I go shopping?
Just a few metres from the All-Suite Resort you can find the Spar supermarket, offering all kinds of convenience goods . An M-Preis Shop can be found in the village centre. The Ötztal Bäck provides fresh bread and pastries and the confectionery Konditorei Heiner is waiting with self-made cakes and sweet temptations. Fresh organic products directly from the farm can be bought at the Griesserhof at the village entrance.
Also a pharmacy, sports and clothes shops and some more attractions can be found, strolling through the village.
